As a first-generation college graduate, Bryan brings both expertise and personal commitment to the importance of social emotional learning and post-secondary education for youth. After graduating from Hampton University with a Bachelor's in Sociology, Bryan joined an education-focused service program, City Year, completing over 1700 hours of service in at-risk communities in Louisiana. Following City Year, Bryan earned an MSW from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University. In 2016, Bryan was selected as a 2016 Emerging Leader with Focus St Louis and recognized as a 30 Under 30 by St. Louis Business Journal. Bryan has served in a variety of roles at Wyman, including leading post-secondary access and persistence program initiatives and training program staff on topics including emotional intelligence, behavior management, mandated reporting, and child abuse and neglect. He currently serves as Director Youth Leadership & Advocacy for Wyman's National Network.
