Eden has worked at the Indiana State Department of Health since 2012 directing a wide variety of programs and divisions. Currently, Eden serves as the Director of the Maternal and Child Health Division. In this position, she lead a dynamic team working on state and federally funded projects aimed to improve the health and well-being of mothers, children, adolescents, fathers, and families. MCH is responsible for the administration of a number of critical population health projects including the Title V Block Grant, MIECHV funded and state funded home visiting services, Help Me Grow statewide resources and referral system, MOMS Helpline call center, MCH epidemiology, Early Hearing Detection and Intervention, and the Genomics and Newborn Screening Program. Eden is the Region V representative to Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs and part of the Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society.
