Angie Lorenzo has over 18 years of public health experience and serves as the Chief for the Office of Women’s Health in the Bureau of Women’s and Children’s Health at the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS). She is responsible for overseeing initiatives and implementation of evidence based strategies on preconception health, adolescent and women's preventative health, family planning, maternal morbidity and mortality, and emerging health issues. She serves as Secretary of the Leadership Committee for the National Network of State Adolescent Health Coordinators and the Steering Committee for the Arizona Adolescent Health Alliance.
Angie’s varied career with ADHS includes positions held as Marketing Director for Chronic Disease Prevention & Nutrition, Program Director of Teen Pregnancy Prevention, Family Planning, and Adolescent Health Initiatives.
