Birth Equity Manager

Kirbi Range has over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector in roles focusing on advocacy, and community and health care support services for women, children, and families. In her current role at EverThrive Illinois, as the Birth Equity Manager, she leads organizational efforts to improve Birth Equity, including maternal and infant mortality and morbidity, by addressing issues related to systems alignment, access, equity, and health and social support services.
Prior to joining the EverThrive IL., Kirbi served as the Program Manager for Project Hope at Marillac St. Vincent Family Services where she managed a program that provided intensive home visiting and doula support services for pregnant and parenting people. In this role, Kirbi provided leadership in advancing the program to address the various needs of young pregnant and parenting people.
She earned her master’s degree in Child Development from Erikson Institute and her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from ISU.
