Isaac Lief works for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health on an asthma home-visiting using the CHW model, a book distribution program for families with young children, a lactation support program for new parents, a sexual & behavioral health program for teens, and a a citywide collaborative focused on improving children's health. Previously, Isaac worked at NYU Langone Department of Population Health managing a study to prevent type 2 diabetes using the CHW model, the John's Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health managing a study to build a partnership between community-based organizations and the Johns Hopkins Health System to improve patient outcomes, and at AIRnyc as a CHW educating families whose children had high rates of hospital utilization due to asthma. Isaac received his Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College and Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins. Isaac grew up in Brooklyn, NY.
