Caitlynn Carr is a fifth-year Ph.D. (Applied Anthropology) and M.P.H. (Maternal and Child Health) Candidate at the University of South Florida. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Cincinnati and an M.A. in Anthropology from Washington State University. Her dissertation research examines domestic violence and intimate partner violence resource acquisition, trauma, and healing practices among Indigenous women in Guatemala. She has additional expertise in community-based, mixed-methods research, child welfare, and program evaluation.
