Quality Improvement Director
Utah Women and Newborns Quality Collaborative
Heather Bertotti Sarin is currently the Quality Improvement Director for the Utah Women and Newborns Quality Collaborative. Her Public Health experience includes working as a Cancer Genomics Program Manager and Local Health Department Liaison. She was the lead researcher in a Health Impact Assessment for a county Health Department and led the initiative to implement Community Gardens at various Intermountain Healthcare sites. She has experience working for corporations General Electric and 3M Health Information Systems in various leadership roles and leading multiple Six Sigma projects to completion. Heather has also taught Organizational Change and Leadership, Project Management classes as an adjunct professor at Westminster College. Her credentials include being certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, a Masters of Business and a Masters in Public Health. She enjoys Utah with her husband, son and chocolate lab rescue dog.
