Associate Director of Research and Evaluation

Dr. O'Donnell is a seasoned social scientist with expertise in maternal child health, early childhood development, health equity, qualitative and quantitative methods, public health and health services research, and project management. Her passion lies in improving the well-being of children, families and communities, promoting social change and reducing inequalities through innovative program design and rigorous evaluation efforts. She has worked at NICHQ for five years, where she serves as the Associate Director of Research and Evaluation and supports clinical research studies as well as provides leadership and expertise to the Supporting Healthy Start Performance Project evaluation efforts. Prior to NICHQ, Dr. O'Donnell provided public health and analytic expertise at various non-profit and academic institutions.
