My name is Mayuka Nakajima, D.D.S., Ph.D. I am an assistant professor at Niigata University, division of periodontology, department of oral biological science, graduate school of medical and dental sciences. My research focus is developing drug delivery systems (DDS) using unique biomaterials against periodontitis. In this presentation I showed “Cellular Backpacks” have a great potential as a novel DDS material for immunomodulation in periodontitis.
