Shy Chwen Ni, DMD, is a third year periodontology resident at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She graduated from ATSU Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health in 2019. She was involved with public health services and had obtained an certificate of public health with dental emphasis. She remains as an inducted member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon. During her time at the residency, she particpiated many poster presentation session at AAP 2020, IADR 2021, and BPPRM 2021, and oral presentation at Tri school IV league symposium. She also published a paper in journal Aging on "Association between cognitive health and masticatory condition: a descriptive study of the national database of the universal healthcare system in Japan"
