Mabuki Uchinuma D.D.S., is a graduate student of Division of Periodontology, Department of Oral Biology and Tissue Engineering, Meikai University School of Dentistry. She received the D.D.S. degrees in 2018. Her work focuses on the role of Piezo1 in the development of bone resorption caused by periodontal disease. In addition to Piezo1's research, she is helping to study the relationship between periodontal disease and occlusal forces.
