Dr. I-Ching (Izzie) Wang, DDS, MS, is a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. She earned her DDS from the Chung Shan Medical University in Taiwan and earned an MS degree and a Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and currently maintains a faculty practice limited to Periodontics and Oral Implantology in Iowa City, IA.
Her clinical research is mainly focused on the understanding of the tissue dynamic changes following ridge augmentation using dental ultrasonography.
