For more than 20 years, Anthony Gangi has worked in the correctional setting, managing both male and female offenders. He served on the custody level, then moved through the ranks from line officer to upper-level management. With a background in psychology, he has become a leading expert in inmate manipulation.

Currently, Anthony is a columnist for CorrectionsOne and the host of “Tier Talk” on YouTube. He is an Executive Board Member on the New Jersey Chapter of the American Correctional Association and appears as a keynote speaker at national events that center around the correctional industry.
