People do what they are allowed to, and the culture dictates what is “allowed.” When there are problems inside or outside your organization, it all comes down to the agency's culture. Many have tried and failed to achieve cultural change in their organizations, and they have concluded that change is impossible—but it is only impossible until it’s done. This workshop explores the dynamics involved in culture; why character is the foundation of change; the steps needed to take to get it started, gain momentum, and keep it going after you leave; and how to navigate resistance and overcome barriers. Given the scrutiny on law enforcement, now is the time to act.
