Judges Need to Hear from You: Strategies for Effective Communication

We need to build collaborative relationships between courts and jails! Join Sheriff Jerry Clayton (from Washtenaw County, Michigan and a member of the National Judicial Task Force) in this open forum with a member from the National Center for State Courts as we exchange information for better communication in our justice system. This is a call for action and an opportunity to be a catalyst for change by conveying our needs as local corrections professionals to members of the judicial branch. The goal of this conversation is to move inmates more quickly through the judicial system and into programs that can provide the assistance they need.
