Note: This course relates to the CRA domain Communication/Information Management but as a CRA preparatory workshop, credit is not eligible toward CRA renewal.
This session will cover the variables in a certification exam design and implementation. Strategies for preparing for the exam will also be presented, as well as a review of sample questions. The session will also cover key areas in the Communication and Information Management domain.

Identify physical, emotional and mental strategies to increase test performance.
