internU is always growing their managed service solutions to provide the highest level of services to healthcare systems and their patients. We pride ourselves on personalizing patient experiences, to help retain patients in network and close the loop, while saving departmental money or generating additional revenue. Our services include incidental findings communication, documentation/recommendation follow-up management, concierge services, image/film library management and legal services, which can be conducted onsite and/or remotely. We provide a team, comprised of healthcare undergrads and graduates, that maintain hours of coverage to meet/exceed the customized Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. internU is responsible for recruiting, training, retaining, and managing these teams. We create training/procedure manuals and status reports to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are met, while also hosting personal development workshops to ensure our team understands the importance of the company brand, as well as the development and cohesion of individualized branding.
