CertiSurv provides assessment, data collection, and mock survey services to health care providers in a variety of settings including acute care, post-acute care, and end of life care. These services vary in scope based on how much assistance you need or desire. Our consultants are extremely flexible and can tailor a plan to meet your needs. All CertiSurv consultants are state agency surveyors who will apply your state’s specific regulations to your facility. They are SMQT (Surveyor Minimum Qualification Test) qualified, and all long-term care surveyors have been trained and are experienced with the LTCSP (Long Term Care Survey Process).
