Per the CDC, 1 in 4 older adults fall every year, making falls the leading cause of injury-related death among older adults in the US. Hip fractures are a common reason for hospitalization from a fall and can have devastating outcomes, leading to severe disability and even death. Tango Belt clinical trials are expected to be completed mid-2023, where the company will file with the FDA for market authorization.
