Remote Area Medical (RAM) is a major nonprofit provider of mobile medical clinics. Our mission is to prevent pain & alleviate suffering by providing free, quality healthcare to those in need. We deliver free dental, vision and medical services to underserved individuals. Since Stan Brock founded RAM in 1985, our Corps of 172,900 Humanitarian Volunteers – licensed dental, vision, and medical professionals have treated 863,700 individuals, delivering $174 million worth of free healthcare services.
