Preparing future-ready oral health professionals requires change agility in dental education. Dental education leaders often struggle with managing change and addressing resistance to changes in the practice of dentistry and dental education (e.g., implementing new technology, clinical operations, or curriculum).

The way you think about change, develop your change initiatives, and communicate your changes matter. You will be introduced to a simple change management model and will learn how to identify barriers and develop a change plan, how to effectively communicate that change, and how to maintain progress in change initiatives.
