Originally developed to help technicians in the field repair equipment with the help of peer-to-peer video collaboration, experts now use the Android headset to provide assistance by telestrating very exacting procedures remotely. The exacting (precise) nature of dentistry is a perfect use for these headsets. Using the head mounted camera, faculty/clinicians can wirelessly stream real-time demonstrations on dental manikins or procedures on patients to colleagues/students or record for use later in presentations.
