The COVID-19 pandemic has led many dental institutions to adopt new strategies to make their admissions process as safe as possible. Although it was a common belief that operations would return to their pre-COVID state with the introduction of vaccines, it has now become questionable as new COVID-19 variants arise. This Techexpo presentation will share how technology can be utilized for recruitment, applicant ranking, conducting interviews, highlighting institutional attributes and objective selection. Administration and faculty will have the opportunity to exchange innovative ideas and experiences to implement new strategies to the admissions process at their individual institutions.
