Distal femoral angulation is a frequent comorbidity associated with patellar luxation. Case selection and preoperative planning will be illustrated in a case based approach. Participants will perform distal femoral varus correction and tibial tuberosity transposition in combination with with the tibial plateau leveling osteotomy procedure.
