This generation of students assimilates information and learns differently than in the past, having been raised with easy access to technology, quick access to information, and dissemination of knowledge via short soundbites. The COVID-19 pandemic further pushed instructors to adapt technology to traditional courses and develop methods to teach surgical and technical skills virtually. This seminar presents teaching methodologies that stimulate modern learners to use virtual technologies for in-person and distance teaching.
