Instrumentation in soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgery has evolved with surgical procedures and techniques advances. The speakers present an overview of several commonly used and new instrumentation in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery during this seminar. Participants learn about the different stapling equipment available for abdominal and thoracic surgery and other advances in instrumentation for orthopedic surgery, primarily using arthroscopic equipment. There is an interactive panel discussion that explores the use of these instruments and how they may be best utilized in practice.
