This panel discussion covers how infrared fluorescence imaging works, its usefulness, practical instructional tips, why it is an important imaging modality, and how it helps in clinical cases. They discuss differing clinical ways to use this technology from fluorescence guided surgery to identify key anatomic features such as use in chylothorax cases, to identify tumors and margin prediction, to mapping sentinel lymph nodes to other potential uses for this technology. All panel members use this modality quite frequently in a variety of ways and have all published using this imaging modality.
