At the end of this session, the attendees will be able to identify leadership styles that encourage diverse cultural teams. In addition, they will be able to associate how diverse teams lead to better patient health outcomes and enhanced financial success. Lastly, attendees will be able to reflect on how "diversity bonuses" positively impact the work place.
