This seminar will be a continuation of the focus on marine mammal anatomical and physiological adaptations to the aquatic environment, and how these adaptations impact marine mammal surgery. This seminar will focus heavily on anesthesia, monitoring and post-operative care and rehabilitation, including short and longer term patient management to maximize patient recovery and surgical success.
