CORA-based leveling osteotomy (CBLO) is a procedure wherein the tibial plateau slope is modified by centering the saw blade (ACA) at the location of the center of rotation of angulation (CORA). This laboratory details surgical planning, application in simulated bone, management of complications, and long-term outcome. In the laboratory, participants familiarize themselves with the CBLO procedure as performed with advanced techniques including: small breed application, concurrent patellar luxation correction, double-cut techniques for excessive tibial angles (eTPA), and cases with open proximal tibial growth plates.
