Surgical treatment remains the mainstay for most advanced cases of cutaneous neoplasia in horses. Using the correct surgical technique and combining it with appropriate, cutting-edge adjunct therapies substantially increases the chances for a successful outcome. During this seminar, experienced clinicians with a background in surgery and oncology share their experiences and research in this area of equine oncology.
