We will cover the various pathology where an amputation is a viable option for treatment of both the thoracic and pelvic limbs in small ruminants and pigs. Preoperative care, surgical approach, and complications will be reviewed. In addition, we will discuss post-operative care and follow-up on cases over the past 5 years.
