ECVS Resident in Small Animal Surgery

Phil graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2016 with degrees in Pathology and Veterinay Medicine. He then worked in a busy first opinion practice in Thetford for 18 months before returning to Cambridge as a rotating intern. During this internship he developed his research interest in Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome, working closely with the renouned Cambridge BOAS Research Group. After his internship he spent a further six months working with the research group, before starting an ECVS Residency in small animal surgery at the same hospital in January 2020. He is now entering the final three months of his residency, and is looking forward to the clinical and research challenges ahead!
