Gabriella S. Sandberg, PhD

After graduating from college, Dr. Sandberg worked for a biopharmaceutical company that manufactured enzyme-replacement therapies using chicken egg white. After several years, she transitioned to clinical research in orthopedic medicine at the University of Georgia. Following her job in clinical research, Dr. Sandberg started veterinary medicine education at the University of Georgia and ultimately decided to pursue the dual-degree program. She completed her PhD earlier this year and is a fourth year veterinary student. Dr. Sandberg is interested in pursuing specialization in Orthopedic Medicine.
