Rachel L. Hilliard, DVM

Rachel Hilliard received her DVM degree from Cornell University in 2019. She went on to complete a rotating internship at Pilchuck Equine Hospital and a large animal surgery internship at the University of Wisconsin. She then completed a fellowship in translational orthopedics at the Comparative Orthopedic Research Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania. Rachel is now a large animal rotating intern at the University of Pennsylvania, New Bolton Center, and is continuing research projects in biofilm prevention and translational orthopedics. Her professional interests include large animal orthopedic and soft tissue surgery and translational models for human and animal disease.
