Endrigo Pompermayer graduated in veterinary medicine at Santa Maria University (Brazil) in 2008, where he worked in the College Veterinary Hospital and completed a master's degree in 2011.
After having completed his studies Dr Endrigo took a position at the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC). He worked at the QREC Equine Hospital for 8 years, doing a variety of cases, track work and looking after racing yards.
Since 2019, Endrigo has joined Equine Veterinary Medical Center (EVMC). His background on horse racing and surgery made a call to develop in these areas and research about. On 2020 he started a Large Animal Surgery Residency (ECVS), at EVMC.
Dr Endrigo’s main interests are diagnostic imaging, equine performance, and minimally invasive surgery.
