Dr. Simons is an associate professor of veterinary medicine and surgery with the Center for Innovation in Veterinary Education and Technology at Lincoln Memorial University, College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Simons received her VMD from University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and completed a small animal surgery residency at the Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center in Pennsylvania in 2014. At LMU-CVM, she is a facilitator in several inquiry-based courses and a clinical skills laboratory instructor. Her research interests focus primarily on veterinary education, especially surgical and clinical skills.
