Michael R. Lappin graduated from Oklahoma State University. He completed his small animal internship, residency in small animal internal medicine, and PhD in Parasitology at the Univesity of Georgia. Dr. Lappin is the Kenneth W. Smith Professor of Clinical Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University and directs the Center for Companion Animal Studies. Dr. Lappin studies infetious diseases of dogs and cats.
