Dr. Byron is an Associate Professor – Clinical at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She received her veterinary degree in 1998 from OSU and completed a small animal internal medicine residency there in 2004. She has worked in both private and academic practice and was a faculty member at the University of Illinois from 2005 - 2011. Her primary area of interest and research is upper and lower urinary tract disease, specifically urinary incontinence and functional obstruction.
