Dr. Hepworth-Warren grew up in Indiana and attended Purdue University for both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees. She then completed an internship in private practice in Tallahassee Florida, followed by a residency in Equine Internal Medicine at Iowa State University. After completing her residency she stayed on as a clinical instructor at Iowa State for an additional year before moving to New Jersey to work in private ambulatory and racetrack practice. In 2019 she moved to North Carolina where she is now faculty at NC State University.
