Allison Masters is completing her cardiology residency at Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed veterinary school at Iowa State University and concurrently earned her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Iowa. Her research interest is in the characterization of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system's effects on heart disease in veterinary patients. Outside of the clinic she enjoys rock climbing and hiking with her Golden Retriever, Finn.
