Dr. Chu received her DVM degree from National Taiwan University and completed her PhD and clinical pathology training from Texas A&M University. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests include biomarkers and pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease in small animals, next-generation sequencing analysis, and digital cytology. Besides research, she demonstrated commitment to teaching veterinary cytology using innovative teaching methods, including YouTube and multiple social media (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter).
