PhD candidate/Group Medical Development Manager

I work as the Group Medical Development Manager at AniCura, a veterinary group consisting of +400 small animal practices on mainland Europe. In my current role I have developed and implemented a company specific patient safety improvement system with the aim to reduce risk of patient harm and reduce second victim syndrome. In parallel, I am doing a PhD at the University of Lincoln exploring the impact of incidents on different stakeholders in veterinary organisations. I studied biomedicine at the University and have a background in pharmaceutical production, project management and market authorization of new products. I have studied in Sweden and the Netherlands, lived in the US and am currently located in Germany. I am truly passionate about making a better world for pets and strongly believe that each and every person have the capability to make a difference.
