Dr. Rommaneeya Leela-arporn graduated with a DVM from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand in 2015. She then went on to continue her studies at Hokkaido University, Japan upon which she completed a PhD in Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2019. Her PhD project was mainly focused on the imaging diagnosis and clinical aspect of liver nodules in dogs. After completing her PhD, she returned to Thailand where to become a lecturer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Applied Zoology, HRH Princess Chulabhorn College of Medical Science, Chulabhorn Royal Academy. Currently, she has joined the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, United States for her specialty internship in small animal internal medicine and she hopes to pursue a residency program and achieve a board certification in Small Animal Internal Medicine in the future. Her research interests include both clinical and diagnostic aspects of small animal hepatology.
