Momo Yu-Wen Kuo obtained her veterinary degree in 2015 and master degree in 2017 at the National Taiwan University. She worked as a junior training vet at the Cardiospecial Veterinary Hospital and the Chuan Animal Hospital in Taipei between 2017-2019. She started as a PhD student at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in October 2019. The aim of her PhD thesis is to investigate veterinary echocardiographers’ preferences for LA size assessment in dogs/cats globally, and identify new echocardiographic methods or optimize current methods for use in the routine practice when evaluating LA size in dogs.
