I am working as an anesthesiologist at the School of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania and am a diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Anesthesia & Analgesia as well as a German Veterinary Medical Association-recognized specialist in veterinary anesthesia, and pain management.
I received my DVM degree from the School of Veterinary Medicine in Hannover in 2006. I completed a doctorate program and received my Dr. med. vet. degree from the School of Veterinary Medicine in Hannover in 2007.
Thereafter, I completed a residency in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia as well as my habilitation thesis (PhD).
