Dr. Fred Wininger is the Neurology/neurosurgery section lead at Charlotte Animal Referral and Emergency and Adjunct professor at the University of Missouri. His primary interest is in the use of neuronavigation and 3D printed tools to improve the efficiency, safety and general capabilities of veterinary neurosurgery. He is most proud to lead a team of neurology residents and capable technicians to provide the best care they are able to the pets of the Carolinas.
