Laura is a 2003 veterinary graduate, a boarded specialist in large animal internal medicine with the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine and an ARC DECRA fellow at the Melbourne Veterinary School. She has completed a PhD at the University of Melbourne and the National Centre for Antimicrobial Stewardship in antimicrobial stewardship in veterinary practice. Her research focus is antimicrobial use by farmers and veterinarians. This research has placed Laura at the forefront of the research field globally and led to several international presentations and publications.
