This topic will be a joint discussion about how to negotiate with trial sponsors and implement a successful clinical trial program within private practice. We will start with how to formalize relationships with sponsors and set appropriate financial and scope of work expectations. Then we'll transition to logistical details for implementing these trials in a clinical situation. These details include scheduling trial training, electronic data capture systems, good clinical practice training, clinical trial patient scheduling and audit management.
