Chen-Si Lin currently works at the School of Veterinary Medicine, National Taiwan University. My currently project is 'The interaction between canine tumor and host immunity'. My lab members use several techniques to conduct the research including a variety of cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assay, quantitative PCR, western blot, flow cytometry, CRISPR/Cas gene editing, NGS for epigenetic and RNA expression profiling and so on. Finding the tumorigenesis, methods for diagnosing and​ treating canine cancers are the mainstream​ of my current study.
